Research Of Knowledge Sharing System Based On Multi-Agent Technology

Facing more and more drastic market competition in the age of knowledgeeconomy, enterprises must continuously improve the innovative ability of knowledgein order to survive. The precondition and basic of knowledge innovation is knowledgesharing. So enterprises have to carry out knowledge sharing for knowledge innovation.The paper mainly studies the mechanism of knowledge management of enterprisewith the view of knowledge sharing, builds a knowledge sharing system usingmulti-agent technology and analyzes the module design, theory arithmetic andimplementation of system. We hope that the paper can provide a view for knowledgemanagement of enterprise and provide a reference framework for the implementationof knowledge management.The man contents and innovations of this paper are listed as follows:1. The definition and composition of knowledge, concept and meaning of knowledgemanagement and internal mechanism of knowledge sharing is studied. Thetransformation mode of knowledge sharing-SECI model is analyzed.2. We analyze the meaning of knowledge sharing system and put forward theprincipals of building knowledge sharing system. By using agent and multi-agenttechnologies we build the architecture of knowledge sharing system, whichincludes system function, logic realization, theory support and system integration.3. After the modeling methods based on UML and the modeling methods based onAgent is described, we choose PASSI method to model the knowledge sharingsystem.4. After analyzing the current main text search arithmetic, such as Boolean model,vector space model, probability model, we use the barycenter of text attributecoordinate model to implement the text search procedure of knowledge sharingsystem.
