Research And Realization For E-Government System On Electronic Standardization

With the fast development of our society economy and the approach of the information-based age, information-based have become the inevitable trend of the social modernization development. Constructing "E-Government" and promoting the electronics governmental affairs have become the current development direction of the government.In order to avoid the deficiency of tradition e-government in electronic standardization work, such as illogicality structure, low expansibility, difficult maintenance, inconvenience searching for information, and inefficient utilize data resource and so on, an E-Government system for electronic standardization is proposed. The new E-Government system has the following characters: real time communication, security and agility data, convenient for management and so on.First the work flows for differential users are analyzed, then particular design and scheme for electronic standardization e-government system are given. The system with browser/server structure adopts J2EE as system basis and is developed using the Java, JavaScript, and CSS languages.Full-text searching technology-Lucene are used in the system, which is convenient for constructing, maintaining and updating index. At the same time, data mining is applied to the system, which mines in-depth information for management.The security of the data transmission is a key problem in E-Government application, which is deeply discussed. In the project, the integrality and confidentiality of data are guaranteed by setting up encryption communication channel with MD5 technology and the Founder nonproliferation system. Client and server identities with different right are verified by numerical certification authority.After several months' application in China Electronics Standardization Institute (CESI), this system has been shown to be high security and high efficiency, which have taken considerable economic benefits.
