Research And Design Of Henan Netcom Fixed Network Transformation

With the competition situation of Henan communications market forming ,the competition between Henan Netcom and other operators has become very hot. Henan Netcom is confronted with a severe challenge on Internet and mobile. It is very important to capture market to keep ascendancy for Henan Netcom. The operator transformation is on the basis of network transformation. Henan Netcom must depend on the soft switch technology to accelerate network transformation,to improve reliability and to reduce operating costs.This article begins with background of fixed network transformation ,recommends the NGN architecture, analyzes the technical way of fixed network transformation and compares the IMS and soft switch technology. In accordance with Henan Netcom's network, this article analyzes the existing problems of network, forecasts the future users and the new business,raises the design of fixed network transformation. The design is building 3 new soft switch areas and expanding 2 soft switch areas,to accelerate network transformation from circuit swtich to packet switch. At last,this article raises the design of signal network,network routing and construction plan.
