Wireless sensor networks are organized automaticly by many sensor nodes, which are seeing increasing usage in sensing applications such as buildings, the natural environment, industry and the military.Because, the use of wireless sensor networks has spread to applications areas that are not viable or cost-efficient to be run on other types of networks. The majority of these applications should be run continuously and reliably without interruption. Hence, the significant quality factor that should be nowadays taken into account in developing wireless sensor networks applications is'reliability'of application services.Researchs on reliability of organizing wireless sensor networks today are not consummate. The reliability of network building is analyzed and judged by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation .Researchs on WSN reliability today are not consummate. In this paper, the reliability of network building is analyzed and judged by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation .Five evaluation indexes( life time, energy cost of organizing network, time cost of organizing network, uniformity of cluster distributing and uniformity of overlay distributing) are defined for network organizing capability, by the factors of the WSN availability and the existence. Simulations on three clustering algorithms(LEACH algorithm, improved LEACH algorithm and HEED algorithm) were carried out to obtain the data of evaluation indexes. On the basis of simulation, the essentiality of appraisal factor set is established, and the evaluation set is given by probability form. For the three clustering algorithms, the comprehensive evaluations are used to compare the reliability of network building, which situation it belongs to and the possibility on the whole according to the principle of"maximal degree of membership". The evaluation conclusion is the guidance of improving clustering algorithms.
