To satisfy the need of rapid development of railway transportation for power supplying system, the task investigated the Intelligent Power Supply Panel System for Railway Signal cooperated with Beijing Tie Xin Tong Technology Co., Ltd. The whole Power Supply Panel System monitor consisted of three levels: Power Supply Panel self-monitor module, Power Supply Panel monitor module, the computer monitor module from long or short distance. The task made the software and hardware design of Power Supply Panel monitor module.Power Supply Panel monitor module integrated the function of signal collection, signal log inquiring, signal malfunction alarm, display, and communication etc. It can be used to monitor voltage, current, on-off signal, and judge the system running state. This module used 3 CPU for different function: main control and display, communication with sub-levels, keyboard and voice alarm, then the system speed could be advanced and the dada disposal ability could be strengthen.The system used JAPAN SEIKOEPSON company's LCD screen-SED1335, then even in bad working circumstance, the figures and words could be displayed correctly. The system used a 8 bits 512K expand RAM chip HK1255 with inner battery for storage history dada and malfunction dada, then even lose power ,the dada could be safe. The system used ISD2560-a high resolving power chip for voice alarm, and used X25045 to made watchdog circuit for reliability guarantee.As long as meet the needs, we predigested the setting. Only use"←""'""↓""↑"of keyboard and"OK CANCEL RESET"to input parameters. The communications between monitor module and sub-level used RS-422, the communications between monitor module and upper-level used RS-485. The communication lines in mainboard had safety circuits far from thunder, power pollutions. The system software used C++ as main language and used assemble language for subprogram especially related hardware subprogram. Now the monitor system is applying in railway department. Practice testify that the monitor system can assure the Power Supply Panel safety running.
