Hawthorne effect, in a word, is a type of effect generated when people noticed they are observed or highlighted, they would make some affectation with unconsciousness, such like shrinking or exaggerating the facts, deliberate acts. This effect is familiar in the daily life talking, meeting, chalk talking and lecture presentation and news interview. As a long historical standing problem, to make the interviewee at ease and expressing their true thought without unconscious faking is difficult to deal.This research concentrates on searching and analyzing the factors generating Hawthorn effect as well as the impact of the effect in the view of face to face interaction in the news interview. Analyzing preparation behaviors before the interview, as well as the potential impacts generated by the factors which contains comity, diction, style of asking question and talking behavior, to find the better face to face interaction method. Besides, by analyzing the preparation works as content, background information related, the anticipated interview actions, properties like camera, microphone, light and other products used, the interview environment like studio, the research discovers relevant factors in the interview activity's impact. According to the data and synthetically analyze, the research would achieve an advice conclusion and design one model for the interview interaction.
