Micro-analyzer as modern biomedical equipment is playing an increasingly important role in the contemporary medical testing. Especially in the field testing, dynamic testing, field operations, medical care, environmental inspection, aerospace and other fields, it has broad application prospects.Embedded technology makes the development of a portable detection system collecting data collection, processing, analysis and results display possible. With the support of the Chinese Defense Pre-research Project Funds,based on the early development of the MS-Ⅱsemi-automatic biochemical analyzer, this paper design a Embedded micro-biochemical analyzer hardware system. This system has the characteristics as miniature, multi-parameter, integrated, low-cost, flexible operation, set data collection, processing, analysis and results display in one system, and can be used to detect patients at bedside. The primary coverage is listed as following:①Relying on embedded systems, and combining with image sensor technology, temperature sensing technology and signal processing technology, we put forward an overall scheme of the design of Embedded micro-biochemical analyzer hardware system.②On the basis of microprocessor S3C2410A, combining with designing requirement of instrument miniaturization and low cost, a design of human-machine interface based on embedded biochemical micro-analyzer is put forward, and the implementing scheme for its software and hardware is presented.③With a deep comprehension on computer control theory and the principle of signal acquisition, after analyzing the characteristics of spectral signal and temperature sensor signal, we designed the ARM9-based spectrum signal acquisition system and temperature control systems.④After test CCD drive circuit, spectrum signal acquisition circuit, LCD display, touch-screen input, and communications module respectively. Debug the whole embedded hardware system.⑤Completed the prototype of debugging and application of experimental studies, the experimental results show that the system reached a basic practical requirements.
