Compared with decentralized heating-supply,central heating in northern cities has become the main heating form in winter because of the advantage of energy saving and high efficiency.In order to further reduce unnecessary heating consumption,distributed heating adjustment and heating metering which are directed towards the heat users with the different needs have been tentatively used,so heating net must be regulated dynamically instead of being regulated statically.But because of the impeded measuring channel of operation data,the regulation of heating system always is affected on sides of safety,real-time and pertinence without timely understanding the result of regulation and the heating demand from the end of the heating net.On the basis of basic theory of heat supply engineering and popular communication networks,this paper studied several remote data exchanging solutions which are background of distributed heating rebuilding in a campus,and made the corresponding engineering examples.The office area,teaching area and dormitory area are heating-supplied according to specific periods and different areas in the premise of ensuring heating net safe,and use the platform of distributed heating control system and the different communication networks to exchange heating quality parameters and the results of regulation.Siemens 200PLC is selected as the controller of distributed heating control system, MCGS touch screen as the human-machine interface device.In this thesis data exchanging networks choose the campus Ethernet with high speed and high reliability, the telephone network constructed in high popularization rate,and China mobile GPRS with the characteristic of convenient and fast.Through the study and realizing of three types of data exchanging solutions,and comparing with their feasibility,reliability and economical,this thesis summarizes the suitable solutions in different occasions according to the characteristics of these networks.Through practical validation,remote data exchanging of distributed heating control system in the sustained heating conditions,first,ensures the regulation safe in the antifreezing period;secondly, transfers the key heating quality parameters to the monitoring center.Operation personnel can quickly and accurately understand heating operation situation,adjust production operation timely,that will reduce the waste and improve the heating quality; thirdly,heating metering by building as a unit,remote date exchanging makes the measure of energy saving rate scientific and reasonable.With the rapid development of central heating business and the gradually marketization of heating industry,using the advanced informatization to improve heating efficiency has been an important sign of measuring management level and ability of heating enterprises.Remote heating data exchanging as an important support of heating informatization,it will play important roles in reasonable regulation of heating network,heat commodity fee etc.
