In order to solve the problem that conventional storage technology can't tsatisfy the demand for storing increasing data capacity in the enterprise information system, new network storage technology based on NAS and SAN emerges as the times requires. However, while network storage enables business to get more storage demand, it is confronting various security compromises through network , which brings tremendous security hidden trouble to important data stored in the NAS and SAN. In view of it, a security solution is proposed to meet the security design and the layout of network storage after analyzing some seeurity problems existed in NAS and SAN respeetively, which include the risks that comes form physical equipments, network of storage and the end-user application. The solution uses advanced network security technologies, such as data back up, identity verification, access control, intrusion detection and emission safety management, to build a network storage security defense system which is integrated comprehensive and multilevel.
