The system of beer production is large and complex, including four processes, which are preparation of wheat, saccharification, fermentation, canned, as well as public works and other auxiliary facilities. The implementation of the beer brewing process information integration, energy management and optimal control of the overall management- control integrated solutions is rare in foreign countries. There are no precedents in our country. The integration and consolidation of all processes, energy consumption, quality, and data for management is necessarry to implement the solution, a unified description of integrated business model and corresponding implementation technologies, energy load forecasting, and energy system optimization are also indispensable.The research on information integration and information optimal management for beerbrewing is carried out in this paper . The main work of this thesis as follows:1) Enterprise modeling is an important tool for the analysis of corporate status and optimizing business processes, which is useful for building high-performance enterprise information management system. For that, an initial model for beer enterprises is constructed by integrated enterprise-wide life-cycle modeling method with ARIS and UML.2) Heterogeneous control networks,data acquisition interface,real-time database and relational database acces are studied for the beer business heterogeneous environments. The architecture of management and control integration platform based on Ethernet, OPC data acquisition interface, ADO heterogeneous database access is realized.3) Energy forecasting model based on BP neural network and self-adaptive genetic algorithm is built to predict the three kinds of the energy consumption of water, electricity, steam. The results shows that the model is feasible and has high accuracy. 4) The module of beer production management and control integrated system is developed for the track of quality and equipment management, including the system data conceptual model design, data table design, UML class diagram design and function implementation.
