Therefore, how to develop the shopping assistant system which is accord with Chinese needs has become the industry's main tendency to study. This study is divided into four phases, user study, modeling, user interface design and usability evaluate. The main methods include questionare, focus group and field study.User interface design include concept design, interaction design and visual design. Usability evaluate phase includes heuristic evaluation and user test. Analysis tools used in data collection is TechSmith's Morae 3,from task success,time-on-time,errors,efficiency and use self-reported metrics to measure the user experience. This study focuses on user-centered design, creates innovative features and made interaction design based on user research, made iterative design according to the results of usability evaluation, and lays foundation for in-depth researches. This study has reference significance for the application of UCD theory and methods in the mobile interaction domain.
