ABSTRACT:As time develop, in physics, chemistry, biology, medicine and communication fields, using ultrashort pulse to observe all kinds of dynamic process or ultrafast phenomenon has became a new, crucial and effective way to research. More and more applicationes shows that, work on ultrafast optical pulse field is very helpful to research on the physical mechanism of ultrashort pulse and accelerate the development and application of ultrashort pulse laser technology. This dissertation focused on a series of problemes of ultrashort pulse Transmission in Communication Fibre with dispersion, and the main works are as follows:1. Theoretically analyzed on a series of dispersion of Gaussian pulse transmitted inG652 fiber, simulated pulse transmission with dispersion and nonlinear effect with Matlab.Setuped simulated experiment of fs pulse transmission, the simulated experimental results are matched with Matlab simulating results.2. Designed and Setuped an experimental system for short wavelength fs Gaussian pulse trasmitted in G.652 optical fiber.3. Theoretically and experimentally analyzed on ultrashort pulse transmission with PMD effect, managed to measure one-order pmd accurately and efficiently.
