And it provides a basis studying for the main body of the article.Part three introduces the information development abroad as well as the current situation and main problems of the college website in our country. It points out the significance and effects of the evaluation to the college website. Furthermore, it suggests the evaluation method. And it also analyses some authoritative evaluation indicators system objectively.Part four is the heart of this article. By analyzing the characters of our college website, comparing to the website abroad, I suggest the evaluation indicators system which is suit to our colleges. It points out the science and rationality of this system, and confirms the weight to each index. And then it carries out the blurred overall evaluation on college website as well as build mathematic model.Part five evaluates Jining College by using this system. After that analyzes the problem of Jining College website through the study result.Part six sums up the essay and shows some further works.
