The area of Wen’an city 3D seismic survey locates at the middle part of the eastern slope of Baxian Sag, Jizhong Depression, Bohai Bay Basin, where there are 260 km2 and 56 wells in Dongying Fm and Shahejie Fm. In these area, there are complex structures and broken fault blocks. The reservoirs are thin and vary laterally and rapidly. All these factors result in the difficulties in the determination of the border of lithologic and stratigraphic traps. The lithologic and stratigraphic reservoirs are mainly controlled by the changes of sand body and properties of reservoirs, so there are increasing importance in reservoir prediction technologies.Considering about the difficulties in Wen’an city 3D seismic survey, this thesis focused on the compatibility of various reservoir prediction technologies, taking the seismic property analysis and inversion technologies as the main measures, taking full advantage of seismic data, and choosing suitable reservoir prediction strategies according to different targets. The inversion results have higher lateral resolution, and there are better characteristics in horizontal distribution for the amplitude and frequency-based properties. This thesis focused on the reservoir prediction of Ng and Ed Fm Sand, comprehensively applying and analyzing various reservoir prediction technologies in Wen’an city 3D seismic survey.The comprehensive reservoir prediction applications show that the sand bodies of fluvial facies from Wen’an city have NE-trending distributing characteristics in horizontal distribution, reflecting three lithologic zones. There are least sand bodies in eastern area, and more and more sand bodies from east to west. The sand deposits are most thick in west part. The optimum reservoir facies mostly locate in the middle facies. The single sand bodies indicates stripped and lentoid distribution. It is very clear that the sands are pinching-out from higher part to lower part of the slope. The reservoir prediction technologies provide important evidences and technique supports for profitable traps, well location deployment and calculation of reserves.
