Secondary petroleum migration is a very important research aspect in petroleum geology and exploration. It is also a complicated problem influenced by lots of controlling factors and involves many scientific and engineering aspects. It is connected hydrocarbon unit and accumulation unit and is most complex and difficult part of the petroleum system, but also the weakest part of research work. The migration studies including migration time, migration phase, migration dynamic, migration routes and traps and so on. In this paper, according to secondary migration and accumulation principle and Mr. Wu’intelligent accumulation thinking, I designed framework, algorithm for the 3D petroleum intelligence migration software, and finally generated a independent sub-system.There are full of chaos and nonlinear characters in basin evolution, petroleum system evolution and hydrocarbon migration and accumulation, so it is impossible to simulate and evaluate the course of hydrocarbon migration and accumulation by simple using the traditional underground hydrodynamic equation.In this paper, the approaches and methods of how to combine the traditional dynamic simulation and neural network simulation was discussed; that is, based on the dynamic simulation of the three dimension structure-sedimentary modeling, the authors use the unit entity model to alter the heterogeneous complex passage system into limited simple homogeneous body, calculate the faces and the drive forces of hydrocarbon through the traditional dynamic simulation, and solve such problems as the direction, velocity and quantity of hydrocarbon migration between the unit body by using the neural network technology.The purpose of this study is that loading all results of pre-simulation and using a large number of expert knowledge of understanding of the process of petroleum migration simulate the petroleum migration. This subsystem is the most important part of sub-topics of the national major projects. It requires accurately calculate the migration process to the sand and save the simulation results to the database for the final evaluation. Implementation of this module itself is a pioneering work. Former system is based on the surface model and low precision, but now based entirely on the physical model which has the same accuracy with reservoir simulation, but the latter is limited to a lesser extent.This subsystem had been used to simulate hydrocarbon migration in the Niuzhuang - Wangjiagang area. We got a good result which could well open out the complex mechanism and course of the secondary hydrocarbon migration.
