Research On Land Consolidation Of Urban Villages Based On Urban Expansion

Land consolidation has become an important measure of intensive use of landresources, relieving the contradiction between humans and the land effectively andrealizing sustainable development for every country. As an important part of landconsolidation, urban land consolidation is an important technical of achievingreasonable, efficient and intensive use of urban land resources. With the rapiddevelopment of urbanization, the issues of disorder, low efficiency, broken and messyabout urban villages land use are increasing. How to carry out the urban landconsolidation and improve urban land use effectively need to analyze it scientificallyand reasonably.Based on the background of city expansion, high resolution remote sensingimage, and investigation, this paper divided the urban villages settlements into threetypes: inner city type, margin city type and suburb type, which is on the basis oflocation relationship between the urban villages settlements and city entity region, bymeans of drawing450urban villages settlements in Nanchang city. By building theclassification system of urban village land use status on village scale in Nanchang city,and being based on high resolution remote sensing image, I extracted the data of threetypical urban villages’ land use status, and analyzed spatial heterogeneity about urbanvillages settlements of different time formed on urban and village scale. Basing on it, Ianalyzed land consolidation potential and land consolidation pattern of different typesurban villages.Research results indicate that：With the rapid development of urbanization, theexpansion of city entity region is increasing in Nanchang city; The total area of urbanvillages settlements is17.244km2, which is high and uneven of space distribution.Most urban villages settlements distribute in region which between5km-15km from the citycenter, and their land consolidation potential is the biggest in that region; Differentvillages types have different landscape patterns: The diversity index and evennessindex of “city margin type" urban village are the highest than the other two, land typeslandscape is the most complicated. The diversity index and evenness index of “suburbtype” urban village are the lowest and the dominance index is the highest among the three, land types landscape is relatively simple. The land consolidation potential ofthree different types of typical villages is increasing by inner city type, margin citytype and suburb type.; Based on the research results, according to different types ofurban villages offer three corresponding land consolidation mode: control perfect type,local adjust type, whole planning type. At last, this paper puts forward correspondingmeasures about security land consolidation of urban villages, in addition, this paperdiscussed and looked for the further study.
