Qing Hua temple landslide locate on the north of Yao Dian town,Yan’an city, ShaanxiProvince,where is the interchange of Yan river with its tributaries Pan Long river. Qing Huatemple landslide belongs to thrust load caused landslide,it is a n old landslide, The current isstable. Considering the actual needs of Da Tang Yan’an thermal power plant, the foot of thelandslide need to be excavated to some extent. This will reduce stability of Qing Hua templelandslide,but it can’t meet the needs of the power plant’s construction.Thus,it is very necessaryto carry on project management and it have important practical significance.For comparison using Grey correlation method,we can get the best way to treat Qing Huatemple landslide,that is retaining engineering combining with cutting slope of lightening anddrain,we selected anti-slide pile as a branch of engineering,and then using analytic hierarchyprocess to compare the location of the anti-slide pile,getting the best position of anti-slide pileis the foot of landslide.Qing Hua temple landslide is very big, project management needs a large number ofanti-slide pile, optimizing the anti-slide pile can save large investment costs,so it hasimportant economic significance.This article compare from cross section and spacing ofAnti-slide pile: optimizing the cross section of anti-slide pile choose per linear meter cost ofanti-slide pile as the objective function, optimizing width, high, advocate musclecross-sectional area, number of stirrups, using MATLAB software programming,and using theparticle swarm algorithm based on simulated annealing to calculate. Final optimization resultscan make the objective function value reduceing nearly7.9%. Optimizing spacing ofanti-slide pile based on three conditions: Soil arch overall stability, meet the most unfavorablestress points in the soil arch reaches a critical stress state, the flow resistance. After theoptimization design, spacing of anti-slide pile can reach7.47meters, compared with theoriginal design, spacing of anti-slide pile increasing can not only reduce the number ofanti-slide pile,but also reduce the difficulty of construction at the same time. Throughcomparison, the meaning of the pile cross-section optimization is bigger than the meaning ofthe pile spacing optimization. Finally,landslide treatment choose anti-slide pile as the main project. Considering thespecific situation of each little landslide, design take some aided engineering measures: thenorth side gradeⅡlandslide take anti-slide pile as the project;Ⅰlandslide is governed byRetaining wall; The southⅡlandslide slip force is larger than the others,except for anti-slidepile,also need Anchor lattice as the auxiliary support,ensure that the safety coefficient ofdesign is1.30.
