Ionosphere delay is the main source of error in the GPS positioning, and it has a greatinfluence on the single frequency users particularly. Currently, using GPS data to establish themeasured ionosphere delay model is more accurate and effective method of ionosphere delayerror correction. The main factors affecting the foundation GPS ionosphere delay modelingaccuracy are: the number and geographical distribution stations, rational view of themeasurement accuracy, as well as the use of mathematical modeling described. This dissertation mainly research ionosphere delay model China region. Choose apolynomial function model involved in the modeling, there is emphatically analyzingwhyselect10China regional IGS tracking stations’ observed data in the January4,2013and April24,2012.For specific modeling method, we use a piecewise linear estimation strategy, usingthe European orbit Center (CODE) to give hardware latency data, fixed satellite and receiverhardware delay, use established model to calculate the area of ionosphere data to map out theday China regional VTEC distribution and for worse compared with CODE given data, differences in figure drawing and verify the accuracy of the model and of the spatial andtemporal variations of ionosphere phenomena analyzed. Resulting in the followingconclusions:(1) the size of the model were less affected day electronic content, therebyillustrate VTEC polynomial model is feasible for the area;(2) the two days (January4andApril24) data showed that as the sun rises landing, VTEC has a corresponding value increasesand decreases, and a maximum value near the UT06;(3) VTEC value not time-related values, but also increases with decreasing latitude.
