Similar material simulation has become an indispensable method of the major rock massengineering feasibility study at home and abroad. Similar simulation of coal mining workingface has been widely applied in the research of mine pressure and coal strata movement lawunder-buildings.In this study, we combined the photogrammetric and mining science closely,through on-site non prism laser total station surveying, photogrammetry and other variousmethods,with non prism laser total station polar coordinate method, to do control surveying,to take photos with the ordinary non metric digital camera,and to use professional close rangedigital photogrammetric workstation to obtain mine model change information.Through the integrated monitoring and analysis of model rock, to compare coordinatechanges during different periods of deformation monitoring points and to get deformationdata of models during different mining stages. Depending on displacement of monitoringpoint mark, to prediction the rock movement varies and horizon structure evolution of modelat different mining stages,in order to properly reflect the development characteristics ofsimulated overburden"three zones"(ie, caving zone, fractured zone, bending zone).t=enabling quantitative analysis of rock stability and forecasting mining subsidence.The main research contents and innovation points in this paper are listed as follows:(1) Camera calibration. This experiment uses a non metric ordinary digital camera. The insideinterior orientation elements are unknown and the objective lens distortion is large. So weneed camera calibration by using two dimensional planar calibration method (that isconvenient,quick,precise). It can be effective, quick, real-time to complete collection ofmine model data.(2)Measurement scheme. According to the specific environment simulation, we developed aset of practical measurement scheme, including control measuring scheme andphotogrammetry scheme. Specifically including research on shape, arrangement andmeasurement method of control points, selecting camera, deciding photographic distance and photographic method research.(3) Data processing. The professional digital photogrammetry software was taken as workingplatform for image processing, to obtain the3D coordinate of the mark points, to compare andanalyze the total station data.Then to import the worked out coordinates into our dataprocessing system,and to edit them based on the need.(4) The study of rock displacement information application. According to the change of signpoint coordinate, describe three zones (caving zone, fractured zone, bending zone) variation,so as to solve the practical problems in practical production.
