In recent years, mechanical experiment are facing new challenges with the rise ofmicro/nano research. Micro-Raman spectroscopy is a potential technology ofexperiment mechanical test with many advantages such as non-contact,non-destructive, and high spatial resolution. In this method, the high quality Ramanspectrum is needed as the base of mechanics analysis. However, the use ofMicro-Raman spectroscopy in mechanical measurement is still in its infancy, so itneed a set of fine spectrum and full-field information processing method as the baseof high precision mechanical measurements. This thesis focuses on the mechanicaltesting techniques and Raman data processing method by applied Micro-Ramanspectroscopy to full-field mechanical measurements.Firstly, revolves around several technical problems in Raman full-fieldmechanical measurement is focuses on the experimental factors which impact of theRaman strain measurement by CNT strain sensor, and then the composition of Ramaninformation in the sampling point and the measurement accuracy under differentexperiment modes has been given quantitatively by using the method of peakseparation and reconstruction. By analysis and comparison of different modes, theoptimal experiment mode is double-polarization mode and polarization long thedirection of load.Secondly, focuses on the problem of Raman data processing after full-fieldmechanical measurement, the data processing method in each step has beendetermined by comparing different methods according to the characteristics andrequirements of Raman mechanical measurement. In addition, a set of Ramanspectrum and full-field information processing method has been given by combinationwith a variety of different processing software. Finally, facing the full-field Raman measurement and practical application ofRaman data processing method, the distribution of plane strain components surroundBerkovich indentation and Vickers indentation on CNT/Epoxy composites has beengiven preliminary.
