Gas-liquid two-phase flow is a very complicated, mixed flow conditions in the actualproduction widespread. With the development of industrial production, with the developmentof industrial production, for metering, energy efficiency and other aspects of the increasinglyhigh demand, especially the demand for two-phase flow measurement parameters moreurgent. Therefore, the study of two-phase flow parameter detection has important theoreticaland engineering significance.This article is on the basis of predecessors’ research results further perfect, through thestudy on interphase forces model and dynamic numerical simulation of gas liquid two phaseflow, further deepened to the understanding of the two-phase flow process flow metering andtube. Experimental results on oil, gas and water three-phase flow experimental system, anddepending on the flow patterns of different gas and liquid flow generated by the experimentalparameters set point, a total of three sets of experiments. The differential pressure, highpressure and capacitance signal collect and record data by portable multifunctional dataacquisition system of NI company.The use of gas-liquid two-phase flow and flow parameters define the basic equation ofthe experimental data processing, this paper calculates the required fluid flow rate, fluidviscosity, turbulent kinetic energy and dissipation rate and other parameters.Through CFD fluid simulation software, the square tube gas-liquid two-phase flow statedynamic numerical simulation. According to two-phase flow characteristics of the fluidwithin the tube needs and issues, this article respectively under three different liquid pointselection of three different gas phase points, a total of nine points, experimental conditions instratified flow and wave stratified flow and annular flow numerical simulation under threeflow pattern, selection VOF model white two-dimensional numerical simulation of the force,velocity inlet boundary conditions chosen, the free flow of exports, and considered thekinematic viscosity of the fluid. Each tube fluid flow conditions state process simulation andexperiment coincide, void fraction increases vapor flow rate increases. The simulation of fluid flow state and the experimental process is consistent, rate increases with increasing thegas flow rate of gas bearing section.According to the existing theoretical model and force, the simulation results to thetheoretical model, get the simulation calculation and force, and its force is compared with theexperimental measurement of alternate with, the result shows that the results of numericalsimulation in conformity with the experimental results, the accuracy of the numericalsimulation has certain.
