As broad application of chemistry medicine and antibiotics,the resistance of mic-roorganism gets stronger and stronger.And also,with the increased environment polu-tion,as well as the variation of society and civil activities, the immunity of human isdeclining. The new pathogen and increasing resistance of antibiotics has become aserious social problem.The effective way to solve this problem is search for newerantibiotics. Plateau salt lake of Qinghai,for its unique territory condition, has becomeone of the most important origins to screen the antibioties.Sediment of salt lake were collected as samples from2location in Chaqia saltlake, and200strains were isolated by different mediums,most of them are bacterias.Based on the result of antimicroobial activity test,12bacterias with antimicrobialactivity were sparated from200isolates using Stephylococcus aureus,EscherichiaColi,Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomnas aeruginosa,Saccharomyces cerevisia and4speciespathogenic fungi of plant as the indicators,which were isolated from pepper andcucumber.According to the results,12strains has strong antimicrobial activity to pathogensof fungi and bacteria.These antibiotic active strains will provide outstanding, higheffective, low poisonous antibiotic resource for biological agricultural antibiotics.Then, junior study biological characteristics on the12strains,it will provide scientifictheory basis for developing microorganism resources in plateau salt lake of Qinghai.
