Research On Provincial Based DLG Data Integration

The integration of provincial basic DLG data is the key content of nationalprovincial basic geographic information integration and the concrete measures for theconstruction of national fundamental geographic information system. It was difficultto lateral integrated application because the1:10000database in different provinceswas inconsistent. There was no harmony and national of1:50000basic geographicinformation database, resulting in the difficult longitudinal association. Therefore, ourcountry has an urgent need to establish a unified and standard provincial basicgeographic information data. Through the analysis on the present provincial basicDLG data integration process, we studied on the key content automatic conversion ofthe provincial basic DLG data integration processing and data integration processscheme The main work and achievements are as follows:(1) Conversion method based on attribute data element classification and coding.Through the pretreatment scheme of two layer structure design rule and attribute tableof contents, we implemented the whole property conversion of the "old standard" to "the new standard" and avoided many relationship problems, such as the failure of theattribute field contrast one by one, elements classification code one to manyrelationship.(2) Investigation on the surface elements of the surface construction. We putforward the cross layer range line extraction method according to automatic topologystructure thought which greatly improved the automation degree of the elements.(3) Analysis on the fusion of multi-source data attribute and the method ofcreating the associated data.We realized the road network matching correlationhanging and administrative division code matching.(4) Investigation on inspection methods of the data mosaic and edge quality. Weachieved checking problems and error identification extraction.(5) Put forward the integration scheme integration system1:10000DLG data inShandong Province and dedailed design on the overall process integration in dataprocessing, We improved the production process data integration processing andproduction efficiency using existing resources.
