Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization Under Appropriate Technology Theory

Focused on the appropriate technology theory, we need to know about source, propose anddevelopment of appropriate technology,then clarify the concepts, development, classification andbasic connotation of the theory. we make morphological classification and evaluation forappropriate technology theories to initially reject one inapplicable theory:“closed unidirectionaltechnology”. With practical cases study on the application of technology, we explored the valueof deeper levels and then analysis further consideration of its two greatest applicabletechnology features: coupling and self-organization.Secondly, for defining the scope of appropriate technology used in ecological civilizationconstructions, the main concepts must be analyzed and clarified, such as connotation andextension of “natural”,“environment”,“ecological” and “ecological civilization”. Research ofnature, environment and ecology had pointed out that the object of traditional research isjust simple material ecology, human ecology and social ecology are not included, and thecorresponding technology is confined to the appliance technology, few of them hasdiscussed thinking technology and social technology, and the practical ecologicalcivilization should be stipulated. According to the understanding of what ecological civilizationmeans, we could definite "natural","environment" and "ecological civilization" from thehuman philosophy angle. In the related concepts, I highlight the necessity and importanceof human ecology, social ecology, thinking ecology and social technologies.Finally, In view of understanding the importance of using technology in ecologicalconstruction of our country, the necessity of maintaining complete and all sorts oftech-ecosystem’s discomfort and ecology problems, I put forward scheme about how to makethe technology suitable for the ecological civilization construction. From dissipative structuretheory, operational theory, synergetic theory and system circulation principles, I think of howcan technology be suitable, and proposed specific methods of the technical classification,determination, collaborative development and fluctuation nonlinear logic of the appropriatetechnology, making applicable technology possible in the construction of ecological civilization.
