The Achievement Of Land Development And Consolidation Management Information System Based On AE

Land resources are an important material foundation of national sustainable development, which are the non-renewable resources. With the rapid development of our country’s economic construction, land resources are increasing nervously, using also changes rapidly. Through land development and consolidation to the adjustment of land utilization and comprehensive management, which can effectively improve its utilization, mining resource potential, increasing the degree of intensive utilization, promoting the sustainable development and utilization. However, the traditional way of land resources management can’t keep up with the changes of land resources to some extent. In recent years, with the rapid development of GIS and its application and the rapid processing of GIS and the advantage of comprehensive management, it has become an important application tool of various industry of social macro decision-making and regional multi-objective development. Combining land information and GIS,taking fully advantages of geographic information system, which can change the traditional management mode,implement management of land information and the optimal allocation of land resources effectively. Thus,this article uses land information as the core,GIS as the means to develop the information system for the management of land development and consolidation based on the AE.This article describes the development situation of land information management system at home and abroad, and embodys the characteristics and the development trend of the future. On this basis,regarding ArcGIS Engine as GIS secondary development tools,which achieved the establishment of user oriented land development and consolidation of the management information system.From the design research of system including the feasibility analysis of system, the development of hardware and software environment of system running way, the selection of system development ways, the function module design of system and so on,they are carried on the detailed analysis. The main function of the system including import and export data, view management, data query, buffer analysis,statistical analysis,chart document output, print and so on,and a few functions of system realization are described to demonstrate. This article makes a summary at the end and predicts the development direction of future.
