To solve the phenomenon on biological coagulation rubber block easy smelly, combining of the biological coagulation technology and the biological deodorization method. The screened microorganisms with deodorant function are added to the coagulation solution in the coagulation process of the latex.The method can reduce the gel blocks release odor in Storage and processing, also can reduce odor pollution in Rubber processing plants. Deodorant not only helps widespread use of biological coagulation, but also benefits the workers health and environmentally friendly.According to the strains effect of the coagulation and deodorant in the latex, Saccharomyces cerevisiae C5was selected from the separated nine strains as the deodorant strain in the coagulation process of the latex. The optimum culture conditions of C5is:pH5.0-5.5,temperature30℃, culture time48h. The fermentation conditions in the sugar cane molasses is:molasses concentration is16°Be, KH2PO4is2g/L,(NH4)2SO4is2.5g/L, MgSO4is0.05g/L.The study found that the strain C5can effectively reduce the release of the gel blocks odor during storage. Respectively analysis of volatile components of rubber wet clots were containing C5and commercial deodorant liquid By gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, it found that two Biological deodorization wet clots have much lower3-methylindole content than the wet clot. The3-methylindole content of the wet clot containing the commercial deodorant liquid decrease from12.39%to3.69%, it proved3-methylindole is the main reason of biological coagulation blocks smell again.The study found no significant effects of strain C5in the coagulation process of the fresh latex. It can help accelerate the curing process of biological coagulation of NR. The NR containing C5in tensile strength, tear strength, Mooney viscosity, crosslink density and other properties are improved.RPA2000rubber process analyzer showed no significant effects of strain C5in the dynamic mechanical properties of NR. Various tests showed C5will not be significantly reduced the rubber quality in the coagulation process of the fresh latex.
