Research On The Thought Of Scientific And Technology In Pre-Qin Period

With the rapid development of science and technology in the world, and itsprofound influence on the production and life of each field is obviously, and thescientific literacy of the citizens is a national science and technology researchand application has achieved a great development of soil, from the basic masses,the innovation of science and technology we can hardly be continues to push.Chinese citizen scientific literacy education and research is still in its initialstage, the status of citizen’s scientific literacy is low existing. We will upgradethe level of scientific literacy research, strengthen citizen science qualityeducation as an important goal of building technology development andinnovation of our society, to improve people’s cognition on science andtechnology, to understand and master degree. Chinese ancient science andtechnology has long been in the leading position in the world, all social strataand disciplines innovations emerge in an endless stream, the ideological basisfrom pre Qin thought of scientific spirit, scientific method, scientific thinkingand scientific theory, scientific quality in the essence of traditional culture, playsan irreplaceable role for our citizens scientific quality education and research.In this paper, starting from the concept of quality of scientific analysis, toclarify the Confucian, Taoism and Monism as the representative of thetraditional culture related scientific spirit, thinking and method of thought, thusto promote the traditional culture mining the practical significance of China’spublic scientific literacy. Besides the introduction and conclusion, the thesisconsists of four parts, including:The first part of the formation of scientific argumentation thought bef-oreQin dynasty. The pre-Qin period concerning science and technology thought, iscomposed of Chinese traditional agricultural economic model of the socialchange, the development of productive forces and economic and culturalprosperity of the force generated by many factors. The inevitability and historical features demonstrated in the pre Qin period of scientific thought.The specific content of the second part, probe into the thought of scientificquality of the pre Qin period. On the scientific literacy into the basic scientificknowledge, scientific spirit, scientific method and thinking of Confucianism,Taoism and Monist school, study as the main research object, study its richscientific knowledge, truth and goodness of the scientific spirit, overall anddialectical coordinated scientific thinking, and pay attention to the observationand practice of science method.The third part analyzes the characteristics of scientific literacy and valuepursuit of the thoughts in pre Qin dynasty. The second part of the sorting andrefining based on analysis of the thinkers of the pre Qin period, the ideas ofnatural science first "self","experience" and "comprehensive" characteristics,and further extended to the value orientation of the scientific literacy educationto the public, namely the "science and technology ethics oriented peopleoriented" rationality with scientific attitude, experience scientific thinking modeand system.The fourth part puts forward the contemporary significance of scientificthought in pre Qin. By analyzing ideas of hose thinkers of the pre-Qin periodnatural science "goodness, truth, integrity, dialectic" for science and technologyworkers, our students and the public scientific quality promotion significance.
