Wulong county is a typical karst region, This region is prone and frequent to landslides disasters. Landslide disasters not only caused huge economic losses and casualties, often also cause serious ecological damage, rehabilitation treatment and remediation costs is immeasurable, has seriously hindered the local social and economic sustainable development. Therefore, the use of the current high-tech pair of landslides investigation, evaluation, monitoring and control, has become an urgent task.This thesis is summed up results of previous studies based on the experience and research to TM remote sensing images, aerial image data, regional1:50,000topographic maps and status of the second land use survey map for the study of such basic data, through remote sensing image processing and other data analysis, Wulong County landslide points of remote sensing interpretation. Remote sensing interpretation of the results point landslide investigation validated and conform to the actual situation in Wulong County. Remote sensing images and related information are based on information extracted from the terrain, combined with study area, topography, lithology, geological structure, rivers, human activity, rainfall, vegetation and other factors affecting landslide, using the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy mathematics methods The study area landslides and landslide hazard assessment survey done in-depth discussion, the geological hazard is divided into five levels, and ultimately get the study area landslide hazard zonation map. This study has the following innovations:â‘ For Wulong County unique Karst geological environment, the formation of a system based on remote sensing and GIS data sources from the analysis of the data source selectionâ†'Analysis of the data sourceâ†'emote sensing interpretation landslidesâ†'landslides factor analysis (hazard evaluation index)â†'evaluation modelâ†'risk assessment methodologies zoning and workflow ②Article TM images and aerial images combine the advantages of such fused image with both TM spectral information, but also has a high spatial resolution aerial imagery, to maximize extraction of this information required for geological disasters③This article will investigate the basis of remote sensing data and study area topography, lithology, geological structure, rivers, human activity, rainfall, vegetation and other factors affecting landslide overlay, using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the study area landslide hazard evaluation, revealing different levels of Wulong County landslide hazard some spatial distribution.Practice has proved that, based on remote sensing technology for landslide hazard investigation with traditional geological hazard survey compared to the more rapid and efficient.
