3D seismic data which is widely used in the field of oil and gas exploration contains abundant geological information. Seismic attribute analysis technology for seismic data is various mathematical and physical transformation in order to extract the included lithology, oiliness, property information and provide technical support for the oil and gas reservoir prediction. This thesis,on the title of "Multiple Attribute Comprehensive Analysis And Application of Reservoir Prediction", describes the development and trend of seismic multiple attribute, the principle of multiple attribute comprehensive analysis method, and the application of multiple attribute analysis technology, pointing out the role of this technology in oil and gas reservoir prediction.Seismic attribute technology extract relevant geophysical information from the seismic data, playing a considerable role in the reservoir prediction has.The paper starts from the basic knowledge of theory of seismic attributes, applied the seismic multi-attribute analysis and research knowledge to the block Yong-3of Shengli Oilfield. Based on well logging and geological data, petrophysical analysis, a comprehensive understanding of the relationship of reservoir physical parameters provides a solid theoretical basis for the forward modeling research. And based on the forward modeling of seismic attributes, the seismic attributes are analysed and optimized to achieve high precision, high standards in the aspects of seismic horizon calibration and to completely understand the underground actual geological conditions. Through comparing the synthetic records with well profiles, each geologic horizon was well calibrated on the through-well seismic section;and according to the seismic reflection characteristics of each layer, the wave group, select skeleton section4*4mesh to track the purpose layer comparison tracking. On this basis, the2x2section of the data grid refinement was proceeded, and then closed the horizon, providing solid foundation for seismic attribute extraction, analysis and optimization. Related software are used in multi-parameter property calculation of seismic attribute, attribute of seismic data volume extraction, and extract the amplitude, the complex seismic trace statistics, sequence statistics, spectrum along the objective layers within5major categories, a total of39kinds of properties.Using appropriate software to extract relevant information for clustering and cross-plot analysis, analysing the relation among the various attributes, the better correlation means the more similar between the two, you can remove one of them to optimize it. At the same time, make a cross-plot statistics of the extracted attributes and the water saturation of the objective interval from the production performance data which are already known, analyse the relative change rule among them and selecting the sensitive attributes for these attributes and reservoir characteristics of correlation is closely related. Finally with K-L transform of seismic attributes for compression process, thus draws the final optimization screening results. The analysis and research of the above information gives reservoir prediction analysis and the prediction results. This paper applied the artificial neural network to predict oil and gas, connected and compared with the actual test data to get a reasonable reservoir prediction results.Seismic attribute is some physical characteristics such as the physical nature of underground lithologic and stratigraphic oil and gas related properties, we can take advantage of these attributes when forecasting the reservoir parameters, when using seismic attributes technology,we can appropriately extract the useful information and eliminate interference factors by seismic data relative operations and calculation, this can not only put forward the geophysical, but also bring real economic effects, so out of reality and the sense of choice, how to effectively use the seismic attributes for reservoir prediction is a very meaningful research subject.Seismic multi-attribute analysis is based on the ordinary seismic attribute analysis, make a relative and sufficient analysis of the seismic attributes, avoid the multiple solution and conflicting results from the single seismic attributes reservoir prediction.the main idea of the multi-attribute analysis technology of is to use the known well point, study the seismic attributes and reservoir physical property of the well point location to get those attributes related to the research and the characteristics of oil and gas reservoir properties, and optimize the extracted attributes. Using seismic attributes can eventually identify the underground reservoir with more detailed study and prediction of oil and gas.
