As a special strip engineering, the route of mountain roads is very long. Eachsection of roads facing kinds of topography, geomorphology, atmosphere and hydrology. This kind of situation lead to that mountain roads flood happened frequently and severalroad infrastructure have been destroyed. There is a big loss on transportation, so floodcontrol problem is very outstanding. The paper depends on the natural science fundproject that comprehensive risk assessment research of mountain roads torrent disasterto study the area-11villages from Banan area. By means of spot investigation, datacollection and referring expert advice to choose disaster indicators, divide the disasterpregnant environment and the Risk level. On this basis, to analyze the national highwayG65and provincial highway S415form the study area, and then receive the Results mapthat the disaster pregnant environment partition and risk assessment of mountain roadflood. On the basis of the disaster science theory to choose disaster indicators, usingexpert opinion to build judgment matrix, and by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process toget the index weights. Based on the spatial analysis and statistical analysis function ofArcGIS, to have a digital processing of disaster indicators’data, and get the informationof disaster indicators, and draw the pictures of disaster indicators by ArcGIS. On thebasis of the database from pregnant disaster environment and risk indicators, based onthe village and township administrative region, to finish the the disaster pregnantenvironment partition and risk assessment of mountain road flood. In addition,to do thesame steps on demonstration roads of the study area. This paper chosen the11villages from Banan area to do the partition, and got riskindex of pregnant environment and risk assessment. The results of pregnantenvironment partition: the area of danger zone is238.73km2, and21.16%of the totalarea; High prone area is248.66km2,22.04%of the total area; the area of middle andlow prone occupied56.8%of the total area. The results of risk assessment partition:high danger area is435.16km2, and38.57%of the total area; middle danger area is360.57km2,31.96%of the total area; the area of low danger and micro danger occupied29.46%of the total area. On the basis of the above results, as the research object, thepaper do another division to the national highway G65and provincial highway S415form the study area. The results of roads’ pregnant environment partition: the mileage of danger zone is16.58km, and20.31%of the total mileage; the mileage of high pronearea is9.46km, and11.59%of the total mileage; the mileage of middle and low proneoccupied68.10%of the total mileage. The results of roads’ risk assessment partition: themileage of high danger area is10.27km, and12.58%of the total mileage; the mileage ofmiddle danger area is45.41km, and55.64%of the total mileage; the mileage of lowdanger and micro danger area occupied31.78%of the total mileage.
