The New Nonconforming Scheme For Parabolic Problem And Plate Problem

When using Wilson element method of the second order parabolic problem and Adini element method of the plate bending problem, their interpolation error is of order O(h2), which is one order higher than the consistent error. Built a new nonconforming discrete variation scheme of the second order parabolic problem and the plate bending problem by interior penalty method respectively, where their consistency terms vanish. Therefore, their error estimates can only be decided by their interpolation errors respectively, and reach a higher convergence order.
