Uncertain multiple attribute decision making which is the extension and development ofmultiple attribute decision making, is conducted preference decisions on a certain number ofalternative programs under information uncertainty environment, such as evaluation, sorting,selection, etc. The fuzzy multiple attribute decision making is an important aspect ofuncertain multiple attribute decision making. Interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets whosemembership and the membership degrees are interval numbers, is the expansion of fuzzy set,It facilitates the description of the uncertainty of the objective things, and therefore it has beenwidely applied, especially in the field of decision making. Based on the related researchresults, this paper further studies the multiple attribute decision making methods underinterval intuitionistic fuzzy environment. The application of multiple attribute decisionmaking is researched systematically and in-depth about the sort of interval attributeintuitionistic fuzzy numbers、the new definition of the score function under the incompleteattribute weights, closeness and psychological function etc. And the research achievements ofthe following four aspects are obtained:First, the sort of interval intuitionistic fuzzy number is the premise of multiple attributedecision making problems under interval intuitionistic fuzzy information environment. In thispaper, the score function and accurate function of the interval Intuitionistic fuzzy numbers areexpanded, which define a new score function and accurate function expressed with intervalnumber. The degrees of this new score function and precise function are given based on thesize of the interval number, and then a new method for sorting of interval intuitionistic fuzzynumbers was put forward based on this possibility degree. Finally, based on this new order,the multiple attribute decision making method is given under the interval intuitionistic fuzzyinformation environment.Second, the score function and precise function interval are the generalize of the scorefunction and precise function. In this paper, interval intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attributedecision making problems under unknown attribute weights are considered based on the scorefunction and precise function interval. The planning model of maximum score functioninterval is established, so as to calculate the weight information.Third, the attribute weights in multiple attribute decision making are affected by theattribute value, and it is also the one of the important factors affecting the decision makingresults. When the attribute weights are incomplete, we must first find out the completeattribute weights, and then make decisions. In this paper, multiple attribute decision makingmethods with the attribute and preference values of the schemes which are interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers about unknown weight information are studied. And themaximum close goal programming model is proposed based on the attribute values and thepreference values of the schemes, and then the corresponding attribute weights are obtained.Fourth, the multiple attribute decision making also has the close relation with themindset of policymakers. Positive and negative emotions of policymakers mentality directlyaffect the decision result. In the literature [53],interval intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attributedecision making problem is studied under the condition of the known attribute weights basedon the heart function. So in this paper, aiming at the condition of the unknown attributeweights on the basis of the literature [53], using the attribute weights shall satisfy the principlethat it ensures the minimum deviation degree and close to the largest degree to each solution.The solving method of interval intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problemis put based on heart function under completely unknown weights. This method which muchsuits the practical problems, has the very vital significance.
