Orthophoto seamless splicing technology, a digital orthophoto products (DOM) produced an essential step, automatic seamless splicing technology is a vision of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing developed, but also the quality of the final product DOM plays a key effect. Currently, digital orthophoto production process using by UAV and aerial images, stitching wire network automatically optimized is a bottlenecks restricted automated digital orthophoto production during image stitching. In this paper, the purpose is to solve this bottleneck of orthophoto production process of UAV and aerial images, on a number of key issues related to the conduct of the study. The main research work is as follows:(1) Orthophoto corrected. For compute-intensive features orthophoto corrected, this paper proposes a OpenMP-based image orthorectification method, improve the process efficiency, shorten time to run the program. To analyze the calculating efficiency of multi-core computers experimental results show that this method can effectively improve efficiency of orthophoto corrected.(2)Stitching line network automatica generation. Based on a new overlapping Voronoi diagram proposes a method for automatic generation of stitching line network. Solve the problem of central axis in the overlapping area of concave or convex polygon, and the problem of intersection having two or more in overlapping regions. What’s more, improve the quality and efficiency of a wide range of image mosaic. when generating stitching line network, The first is to be overlapping area orthophoto face set redrawing the region, To form the final image mosaic based on the effective scanning lines filled polygons per orthophoto mosaic figure belongs。Generated by stitching line network is based on the global, Overall consideration of all the orthophoto to be processed within the scope of mosaic, The effective division of the range for each orthophoto coverage became effective mosaic of polygons, This division is unique, seamless and non-redundant.The proposed orthophotos correctived and stitching line network automatica generation method using Visual C++has been achieved, and developed a prototype system, Using the actual UAV image and tilt aerial image and corresponding to DEM data conducts an experiment,experimental results show this method is feasible.
