Abstract:Research on deep prospecting of mineral resources has a very important significance in the present, which can increase the storage capacity of mineral resources to meet the needs of the rapid economic development, support and promote the national economy. In this paper, we use the dual frequency induced polarization method and wide field electromagnetic sounding method to arrange the probing measuring lines in an goldmine, combining with the results of previous geology studies and the use of advanced data processing and interpretation techniques to analysis the field data for the survey area, taking advantage of various geophysical methods to detect abnormal information and verify the effectiveness of comprehensive geophysical methods for deep prospecting.The article defines the purpose and significance, and describes the current status of the application of deep prospecting and the application of comprehensive geophysical methods. Through the description and analysis of geological and geophysical characteristics, choosing the dual frequency induced polarization method to get the distribution of ip anomaly first, then combining with wide field electromagnetic sounding method for the middle-deep exploration. This paper introduces the basic principles, the working device and parameter selection of the sounding methods, and describes the layout method of survey grid for the field work and the process of data acquisition and processing. Comprehensive geophysical research of metallogenic prediction is the focus of this article, the latter part of this paper gives the exploration results inference and interpretation, in the order of IP sweep, IP sounding and wide field electromagnetic sounding, then focus on the comprehensive analysis of important section, delineates four prospecting target area and two low-resistivity anomaly areas. Finally summarizes the problems and shortcomings and give suggestions for the future research.
