Carbohydrates are important components in the organism. Glycal is an important intermediate of oligosaccharides and natural products. This article synthesized glycosyl bromides, then different glycals are synthesized in the presence of Zn-NaH2PO4-H2O system. Besides, we also synthesized6-glucosamine and1-glucosamine. The structures of compounds have been confirmed by1H NMR. This is a convenient and efficient procedure.We studied the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of glycals and antitumor activity of amino sugars.1.Experimental results showed that glycals and amino sugars have scavenging effect on O2-when concentration are1.5mg/mL. The ability of scavenging effect on O2-decline as time increases. Scavenging effect on O2-of1-glucosamine and rhamnose are strongest and clearance rate on O2-are94.2%and93.1%respectively when0.5min.2.The article measured inhibition of1-glucosamine,6-glucosamine and2-glucosamine on heaptoma cells by MTT. Statistical results showed that amino sugar on the proliferation of hepatoma cell have a influence. OD decreased with increasing concentrations of amino sugars.1-glucosamine on the proliferation of hepatoma cell is stronger than2-glucosamine and6-glucosamine.When concentration of1-glucosamine is500μg/mL, the inhibition rate of hepatoma cells was39.47%, while the inhibition rate of hepatoma cells2-glucosamine and6-glucosamine were23.08%and13.14%respectively.3.This experiment also investigated inhibition effect of glycals and amino sugars on Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium graminearum Schw.Cotton fungus Rhizoctonia, Walnut anthracnose fungus and Tomato Fusarium oxysporum. The results showed different glycals and amino sugars on five plant pathogens have inhibition effect,inhibition rate of1-glucosamine and glucal on five plant pathogens was stronger and1-glucosamine on five plant pathogens was stronger than glucal. Inhibitionrate of1-glucosamine on Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium graminearum Schw, Cotton fungus R hizoctonia, Walnut anthracnose fungus and Tomato Fusarium oxysporum was36.84%,47.83%,42.86%and52%respectively, while inhibition rate of glucal on Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium graminearum Schw, Cotton fungus Rhizoctonia,Walnut anthracnose fungus and Tomato Fusarium oxysporum was29.41%,20%,40%,29.41%and45.45%respectively.
