When the rapid development of industry and agriculture makes our daily lifeconvenient, the environment problem is increasingly causing our attention, especiallythe significant impact of the water pollution to our survival and living environment, such as living sewage and industrial wastewater discharge into natural water in greatquantities make the algae eutrophication heavier, so red tide occurs frequently. Therefore, this article puts forward a visible absorption method to determine thecontent of phycoerythrin in seawater, establishs quantitative analysis models on thebasis of analyzes the influence of different factors on the content of phycoerythrindetection, and designs a phycoerythrin photoelectric sensor system, the main researchcontent is as follows:Firstly, the paper analyzes the spectroscopy methods and current development athome and abroad on measuring the content of phycoerythrin, and presents theprinciple of the method for the phycoerythrin detection, methods in this spectral dataprocessing and algorithms in established quantitative analysis.Secondly, established a quantitative analysis model is established and forecast forsingle wavelength on the basis of standard solution of phycoerythrin. Another modelfor multi-band spectrum which uses Partial Least Squares and Principal ComponentRegression verifies the feasibility of visible absorption detection for phycoerythrincontent through the predictive analysis on the test set.Thirdly, based on the best quantitative analysis model, some influentral factors ofvisible absorption for phycoerythrin content are discussed, such as turbidity, pH andtemperature, and some methods of compensating are also explored. Finally, a overall scheme, which is designed for phycoerythrin monitor system onthe basis of absorption spectroscopy, mainly includes the optical path and circuit ofsensor. The optical design consists of light source, detector and the light path structureof the production. The circuit portion introduces the weak current amplifier, LCD andtouch screen control, etc. At last, the paper sets up phycoerythrin optical sensing system, verify the repeatability and stability of the system.
