Jack-up platform has been widely used in the area of Marine engineering. As the most widely used platform, Jack-up platform accounted for most of the common activity type platforms.First, offshore platform model was established according to the known parameters; Then p-y curve was used to simulate pile-soil interaction. For the action of wave and current on platform, the vector synthesis equation was used to analysis the measurement of waves and currents forced under different phase angles; The ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate static analysis, dynamic analysis and optimization design of the platform. The results of the static analysis showed that platform meets the strength requirements and stability requirements. On the dynamic analysis of offshore platform, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of platform was analyzed, and wave load and ice load were simulated to dynamic load to dynamic analysis of offshore platform. The results of the dynamic analysis showed that dynamic load effect more obvious compared with the static load. The maximum displacement and maximum stress values of offshore platform are increased in different degrees, but still meets the strength and stability requirements. On the optimization design of offshore platform, offshore platform model was simplified, the ANSYS optimization module was used to optimization design of the model. The results of the optimization design showed that the value of volume as the objective function reduced by about8%, and proved that this optimization method is viable in some degree.
