Tao’erhe Oilfield,to the east of the Tao’erhe River in Zhanhua County,ShandongProvince, lies in the southern slide of Tao’erhe Subseg,Chezhen Seg,Jiyang Depression. Themain oil-bearing series are Es1, Es2, Es3, Carboniferous System and Ordovician System. The exploration and development of Tao’erhe Oilfield now face the following technicaldifficulties:complication of oil-bearing series, complicated structure, reservoir and distributionof oil and water, unsatisfied development of the reserve;lack of integral studies of geology anddevelopment and be absent of synthetical evaluations which limits the following rollingexploration and development. Based on integral geological study and potential analysis of therolling, this paper provides directions of tapping potential and suggestions of the geometricarrangement of wells. This paper catalogs the layers and sublayers of Es1, Es2, Es3, Carboniferous Systemand Ordovician System, establishing the precise stratigraphic framework,.the thickness offormation decreases gradually from south to north.By carrying out3d fine seism structuralinterpretation, characteristics of structure are ascertained, the complication of structure isincreasing from the drape formation above to buried hill formation below. In addition, by usingattribute analysis and constrained inversion method, this paper defines the favorable phasebelts based on the reservoir description. The drape formation are mainly layerd limestone andbiolithite, the reservoir spacesare pore and the reservoir is large variety in transverse. Theburied hill formation are mainly massive limestone witn the reservoir space of fracture andcavern, which is distributed steadily. Shahejie formation are mainly layered oil reservoir on afaulted anticline, active edge water, which is distributed as sector and semicircle. The buriedhill formation are mainly massive limestone buried hill bottom water reservoir with high oil column and higher abundance, which is distributed as annular and elliptic, existingscattered.By comparing and analying the features of five developing layer series, based on thecharacteristics of structure, reservoir, oil and gas reservoir distribution and development status,it shows that Tao’erhe Oilfield still has a potential and the targets for rolling exploration anddevelopment are raised and evaluated.
