The relationship between solar radiation and human beings is very close, so human can not survive without solar radiation. There are many factors to affect solar radiation, such as precipitation, relative humidity, sunshine hours, cloudiness etc.. According to the wavelength, solar radiation can be divided into long-wave and shortwave. Through the field data which tested in Hongqipao Reservoir of Heilongjiang in the two winters of 2008 and 2009, we develop the parametric problem of solar radiation and cloudiness on freshwater ice surface in Heilongjiang area in this article. It is a part of the National Natural Science Foundation of China part(41376186) and the open fund project of National Key Laboratory of coastal and offshore engineering in Dalian University of Technology(LP1217). The main results of this paper are as follows:1 According to the field data of solar shortwave radiation tested in Hongqipao Reservoir of Heilongjiang in the winter of 2009, and the cloudiness data downloaded in China Meteorological Data Sharing Service Network(Heilongjiang Anda weather station No. 50854), the least squares method is used to establish the parameters identification model. By using MATLAB software programming, we can determine the parameters of the relationship between solar shortwave radiation and cloudiness cover on freshwater ice surface in Heilongjiang area, and then improve the related parameters of solar radiation and cloudiness relations on high latitude sea-ice surface which were studied by the previous.2Through the parameterization scheme identified by the measured data in 2009 and the scheme given by the previous, we simulate and compute the solar shortwave radiation values on ice surface of Hongqipao Reservoir in the winter of 2008, and then compare with the solar shortwave radiation values in field observations. The results show that solar shortwave radiation values obtained in this article is closer than the measured values given by the previous. In other words, the parameterization relationship proposed in this article is accurate.
