Research On Queuing Model In Series Of Multi-service Windows

Lu Chuan Lai have discussed the tandem queuing model of two service windows in the literature [1]. In this paper, Author studied a queuing system of rules for a series loss services, he discussed the situation about lining up in front of two windows which was not allowed, the window Ⅱhave a waiting position and both of two windows have a waiting position.To some degree, literature [2-4] is focusing on two service windows service queuing model series.Literature [23-27] make some positive result about the application of the relevant series queuing models.This article promotes the model of the literature[1], about tandem queuing model of two and three service windows, the main some result was marked below:1. Literature[1] have proposed that both of one queued window position Ⅱ series queuing model and two service windows have a waiting position. Based on that research, we had another result which is window Ⅱhave two or n tandem waiting position queuing model.2. In this paper, literature [1] as the theoretical basis for the queuing model series with two service windows promotion, the number of windows will soon be extended to three from two circumstances. Thereby establishing the queuing model series three service windows.By the assumptions of the model, the mathematical model has been stationary distribution of the system and several important indicators.At last, through the examples in the real-life, To illustrate the model discussed the application of the model in real life, and find examples of the main indicators in the light of model results.
