Under the background of global climate change, it is very important for carring out a preliminary analysis of characteristics of precipitation and changing environmental factors, aiming at the future quantitative prediction research of precipitation, changing environment by establishing certain theoretical basis and effective method. Predecessors have done a lot of research and analysis work on characteristics of spatial and temporal variations of temperature and precipitation in every province of our country, but in Guanzhong area, the center of politics, economy and culture of Shaanxi province and the strategic base of Shaanxi province, work is still less. Statistical analysis for precipitation and change rules and characteristics of environmental factors, and looking for responses degreeof precipitation on the changing environmental factors, can improve the further research in the future changes of the environment and the characteristics of precipitation,thus bring benefits to and provides the basis for ecological environment construction, water conservation, development of water resources and hydrological calculation method research.By collecting precipitation and four environmental factors’ data,include air temperature, sunshine duration, wind speed and air humidity of Guanzhong including Xianyang(Xianyang Liquan, Qianxian, Wugong, Xingping), Xi’an(gaoling, Jingyang) and Baoji(Baoji,Qishan, Mei County, Fufeng) areas, analyze the cumulative frequency curve after treatment, and responses degree of precipitation to these environmental factors are plotted out, following conclusions are shown here:1) From south to north, average temperature turn reducing in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province. From west to east, show a trend of low-high-low. According to temperature changing contour curve in guanzhong area, yearly average temperature change is relatively consistent.2) Sunshine time distribution in every city and county in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province is greatly influenced by meteorological factors, but there is not a whole rule in Guanzhong area, it changes respectively, it seems that sunshine time is influenced by regional meteorological factors in Guanzhong region, every place has its own change trend.3) Annual average wind speed in various city and county in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province changes on a state of amplitude with minor fluctuations, the law of the wind speed distribution is not very clear, every year greater variation in wind speed distribution in different region.It shows wind speed of Guanzhong area is also influenced by the regional meteorological factors, has its own change in different place of Guanzhong area.4) Temperature shows a significant response to 50% and 75% precipitation, among them, most especially response was pronounced in xianyang, baoji. And, response degree of precipitation to the air humidity has the second place after that.5) Sunshine time shows a rather closely relationship with frequency 5%,the waterlogging conditions, and 95% frequency precipitation,the drought condition. but the degree is not obvious.6) To different frequency of precipitation, wind speed shows no obvious effect.7) Statistical analysis on change point between precipitation variation and temperature, sunshine time, wind speed changing shows that there are different laws between them. it is evident between precipitation and sunshine time, then the temperature, third the wind speed. and the same change point of precipitation and temperature more concentrated from Jan to May. As to sunshine hours, same change point could be see throughout the year, but mostly concentrated from July to October. The wind speed, more concentrated in the August and September.
