China is a typical geological disaster prone countries, domestic natural environment condition is complicated, the existence of tectonic activities of all kinds of natural disasters frequent, extreme, resulting in a large number of casualties and economic losses, especially the impact of the earthquake, in recent years become an important factor to induce geological disasters, our country is facing the situation of geological disaster prevention severe.Affected by the Lushan earthquake, a large number of geological disasters added to Ya’an Yucheng,In this paper, through the analysis of geological disaster characteristics and distribution law before and after the Lushan earthquake occurred in Ya’an Yucheng, Analyzed the characteristics of geological disasters in Yucheng and a proneness evaluation was carried out, some concrete suggestions for the prevention and control of geological disasters was put forward, the main work is as follows:(1)The investigation and collection of the terrain, geological, meteorological and hydrological characteristics in Yucheng District, obtained the development in Yucheng basic features of natural environment and disaster background conditions.(2)The investigation studied the main types of geological disasters and distribution characteristics in Yucheng and geological disaster distribution changes before and after the Lushan earthquake, studied on the impact of Lushan earthquake on the distribution and development of geological hazard.(3) Geological disasters in Ya’an Yucheng has a characteristics of large quantity and various types of covers,a total of 338. Hazards exist in most of the original before the earthquake, earthquake hazard has intensified, and add more disasters. Extensive, development of mass geological disaster caused massive loss.(4) According to the distribution law of geological disasters in Yucheng, choose the theory of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights, using geological structure, seismic intensity, terrain slope, elevation, river and rainfall evaluation factors to evaluate the risk of geological disasters in the study area. Debris flow risk is divided into high, medium and low level.(5) Foundation of region division and evaluation of geological disasters in the easy, in accordance with the prediction of geological disasters harm and danger of preliminary evaluation, combined with the rain city social and economic development planning and related planning, will be the prevention of geological disasters in Yucheng District as a key, key and general three level prevention area, including 11 prevention partition 3 major prevention area, 2 second emphasis prevention area and 6 general prevention area, and puts forward some prevention suggestions.
