With the growing demand for high-precision navigation and positioning services, Continuous Operational Reference System(CORS) has been prevalently applied in various work. Currently, many regional or provincial CORS have been completed. In some areas, some enterprises also established the single GNSS station fits for their application, which caused a large number of repeat construction. If we can integrate and manage these independent single base stations, it will help to raise the efficiency of them. In addition, for the blind spots of CORS network, or the areas without service because of sudden natural disasters, it is particularly important to quickly set up stations and provide or resume the service. According to these situation, it will be of actual value in developing a high-precision GNSS (Global Navigation Satellites System) location service platform based on Internet, and then sharing the GNSS data resource of base stations.For the construction of high-precis ion GNSS location service platform, we studied related theories, like GNSS data communication, data processing, learned some technologies, like satellite positioning, web network, secondary development of map service and so on. And developed and integrated the functions as network communication, data processing, base station and user management, point positioning, and map visualization. Then finally built a internet-based platform of high-precision GNSS location service. With this platform, services have been implemented, such as the quickly setting up and integrated management of base stations, high-precision positioning, rover station path tracking and so on. Lastly, we made some test on the performance and other key application of the platform, including quickly setting up base station, CORS network encryption, moving path tracking and so on. The test results showed that the platform has a stable performance, can provide high precision location service and support the implementation of the above-mentioned application effectively. It verified the availability and practical significance of the platform, and showed its application prospect in intelligent transportation and emergency rescue.
