With the advent of GPS satellite positioning technology, positioning technology is applied to various fields and has been continuously developed. In order to meet people’s constant demand for high-precision positioning, there are a variety of ways to improve the positioning accuracy. The positioning accuracy has been greatly improved by the improvements of the hardware and the algorithm, As multipath error’s randomness and complexity which depends on the surroundings of receivers’ antennae and the geometric characteristics of reflection. It can’t get a good elimination. Multipath errors can reach centimeter level in high-precision positioning and how to eliminate the impact of multipath errors have become a major problem in high-precision positioningIn this paper, a new method to estimate the baseline solution by using a new satellite receiver with two antennae which share one clock is proposed. To solve the short baseline by using the single difference and use this algorithm to estimate and eliminate the short baseline multipath error. The method relies on two antennae which share one clock, it eliminates the receiver’s clock error with single difference which can only be eliminated by double difference before. Creative proposed the short baseline multipath hemispheric model to estimation and eliminate short baseline multipath error. Then make the software implementation on Linux platform. Many experiments show that the model can eliminates the effect of baseline multipath error and can achieves the elimination of 52.07% error. In terms of baseline solution, it can achieves the effect of using the single difference instead of double difference and gets the multipath signal with single satellite. In terms of eliminating multipath errors, it can eliminates the error on real time and does not rely on satellites which traditional methods do not have.It presents a new and effective way to solve the baseline and eliminate the multipath error.
