Investigation On The Secondary Metabolites Of Three Endophytes From Chinese Medicines

Penicillium is a genus of Eurotiaceae, which plays an important role in the field of medicine. It contains more than 96 speices, of which 10 have been mainly studied. Research result have shown that it contains alkaloids, polyketone, quinones, peptide, steroids, pyrone, benzene derivateives, etc. So our team decide to study on the Penicillium, which is in the body of nine incense worm.18 compounds is isolated from fermentation extract by using column chromateography, thin-layer chromatography, recrystallization of separation methods and so on, including 5 steroids, (P-1-P-5),3 aromatic acid (P-6-P-8),3 polyol (P-9-P-11),3 carbohydrates and glycosides (P-12-P-14),1 pyrone (P-15),1 quinone (P-16),2 dipeptide (P-17 and P-18).Alternaria is an important genus of Dematiaceae. As an important member of natural and agricultural ecosystem, can make damage to agriculture. So we decide to reasearch the endophytic fungi of wormwood, which is named Alternaria. We got 18 compounds by column chromatography and recrystallization, their structures of these compounds were elucidated, including 3 steroids (At-1-At-3),3 carbohydrates and glycosides (At-4-At-6),1 polyol (At-7),1 benzene derivatives (At-8),2 pyrone (At-9 and At-10),5 alkaloids (At-11-At-15),3 sesquiterterpenoids (At-16-At-18).The genus Fusarium is comprised of 44 closely related families which belong to Deuteromycotina. A large and extraordinarily diverse group of toxins have been identified from Fusarium species and they cause serious harm to agricultural productions. Therefore, it is important to study the second metabolites.The fungus is isolated from the green onion.6 compounds were obtained from the crude extract by using column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, recrystallization and so on. Their structure is elucidated by the modern spectrum, including 4 dipeptide (F-1-F-4), 2 acid (F-5 and F-6).This thesis is foused on the isolation, structure elucidation of secondary metabolites. As a result we get 42 compounds It not only enrichs the database of natural product, but also provides the resources for traditional Chinese medicine. The research are favour for the exploration and utilization of endophytes.
