Northern Tibet is one of China’s modern Saline Lake main distribution area, is the world’s first discovered and used in the famous Saline Lake mineral, its potential resources and potential economic value. Rejuecaka saline lake,situated in the himerland of Tibet platean,is a contemporary saline lake Deposit. Mainly by Shuanghu-Longmuco suture zone and its deep fault that the time near the level of control to form Salt lake belt type and sulfate salt lake type.In this paper, detailed studies were performed on geologic setting,which include stratigraphy, Sedimentary rocks and geologic structure,geology of mineral deposit, Elements of Halite in rivers and springs and rocks of different eras and different types.This paper preliminary discusses the sources of ore-forming materials of lithium and potassium deposits. In the end, the metallogenic model is obtained.Outcropping seam in Rejuecaka area include Rejue Caka Formation of Permian, Kanglu Formation and Kangnan Formation of Triassic, buqu Formation, Quemocuo Formation and Suowa Formation of Juriassic and Quaternary allurium, diluvium. Magmatic rocks exposed less, mainly for the conglomerate, sandstone and carbonate rocks. This area has experienced two important tectonic events,and formed a series of faults.The tectonic framework ofthis ama is complicated.It is concluded by the geochemistry studying in Rejuecaka area: lithium chloride and potassium chloride have a good grade in the Rejuecaka Salt Lake, which has reached a small scale;The sedimentary rock, river water, spring water and lake water chemical analysis indicate that Its materials sources are multi-original, part from the deep, and the other from the surface; Two rivers and spring play an important role on mineralization; Salt lake evaporation concentration caused by uneven distribution of ions in the lake. In addition, Strontium Isotope Study suggest that the main source was Xiali Formation and Suowa Formation.On the base of the studies on regional geology,mineral deposit geology and geochemistry setting, the author draws the conclusion:the thermal activation in the early stage activated Elements of Halite in the deep and transited them to the surface or near surface and stored them there;after the formation of Rejuecaka lake.through water-rock interaction of geothermal system,surface and near surface rock been weathered and drenched,B,Li were carried by fluid into Rejuecaka lake.Lake evaporating and enriching over a long period of time,Rejuecaka saline lake mineral deposit was formed.
