Potential field is a superposition field, caused by different geological bodies with uneven density or uneven magnetic. Potential field has certain complexity, it is a volume effect. So the separation of potential field anomaly is particularly important. Anomaly separation technology is the basic means of potential field separation.In this essay, first of all, study on three kinds of filtering methods basis on Fourier transform: Wiener Filter and Matching Filter both of all based on the theory of wiener filtering. And Characteristic Filtering for the width and amplitude of anomaly, it is constructed by the size and intensity of abnormal on the plane contour map. It includes the following: Gaining the separation of different abnormal by using the three kinds of filtering technology to process to three balls and five massive geological body model. Then the actual Gravity and Magnetic data were processed in some work area in Tibet using by matching filter and characteristic filtering for the width and amplitude, the local field or regional field gained have greatly reflected the geological situation of both the shallow layer and deep layer. And by analyzing the actual data in a certain work area in Sichuan Province under the help of matched filtering, the local field gained well reflected the rough range of the shallow geological body.It detected the useful signal in high noise by making use of the characteristics of the double spectrum. By applying the time-frequency analysis technology to analyzed and judged how the frequency produced by geological body with the changes of distance. This paper manipulated and analyzed the characteristics and relative relationships of multi cube态multi sphere and multi plate model in the distance-frequency curve. By using characteristics of different distance-frequency of different geological bodies opposed on section to judge and distinguish form, boundary and size of the combination model. Then through distance-frequency analyzing two sections of the work area in Sichuan, Had gain the preliminary border and form of the geological body.
