Chagan sag is located in the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and wulatehouqi,Yin’e basin,which is in the central,of Chagandelesu depression,West to XiNi bulge, North to the central uplift belt, East to Chu ganb ulge, southeast along to the langshan. The North-South length of it is 60 km, width is 34 km, area is about 2000km2, the maximum depth of substrate is 6400 m. the article analysis the characteristics of Chagan Sag of the inclusions,which is mainly basis on the summarized the classification of hydrocarbon fluid inclusions and its basic characteristics, the main production of organic inclusions in quartz overgrowth, particles in crack, secondary cracks in quartz grains and a few distribution and the surface of calcite. The morphology of inclusions are rules, the oval, elongated and some irregular shape. The inclusion size is 3~9μm. The gas-liquid fluid inclusions is distributed more widely, and the most is in the range of 3%~15%, the main occurrence is individual and group distribution. Composition of inclusions are dominated by liquid phase, gas inclusions are less. The ultraviolet fluorescent color of hydrocarbon inclusions are mainly yellow green and blue,which is indicating that the maturity of Chagan sag is mature and high mature. And the temperature of brine includes,which is coexistng hydrocarbon,is distributed more widely, at 75.9~172℃. By using the homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions analyses the oil and gas accumulation period of the Chagan Sag. Ba-first stratum experienced the first stage of hydrocarbon accumulation during the Suhongtu formation sedimentary period; Ba-second stratum experienced two stages of hydrocarbon accumulation during two stages as Suhongtu formation sedimentary period and Yingen formation sedimentary period; Su-first stratum and Su-second stratum experienced first phase of accumulation during the Yingen deposition. And through the contrast analysis of biomarker parameters of compound relationship between reservoir and hydrocarbon inclusion hydrocarbons determine its parent material input source for the lower aquatic organisms and terrestrial higher plants which have advantages on inputting, sedimentary environment is mainly the reduction environment, at least in the evolution of immature or mature stage. By comparison with oil source,the effective hydrocarbon source rock characteristics between Hu Le sag and E Hen sag are similar,which suggest that the crude oil may mainly come from near the depression in gentle slope belt of effective hydrocarbon source rocks. Crude oil from t Hu Le sag were in the hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, then migrating along fault into the trap to the central tectonic reservoir.And after the effective hydrocarbon source which in the eastern slope zone of E Hen sag had made effective generation and expulsion, its crude oil made a lateral migration along the sand body,then into the Uligi tectonic belt of reservoir formation.
