Under the condition of different lithology, the same geophone will receive different response; under the condition of same surface, geophones with different frequency also will response differently. Formerly people chose better-receiving geophone by comparison experiments or with their experiences in field, but actually there are no such complete theory and methods of quantitative analysis. This paper is trying to use dual-freedom coupled system to simulate the frequency response of geophones with all useful surface physical parameters, in order to offer the suggestion of geophone selection in practical application. The study of this paper focuses on simulating the amplitude-frequency response of geophones, contemporarily do some comparison with those actual single seismic records, this experiment is designed to verify the feasibility of dual-frequency coupled system; In the meantime, also perform the simulation for all the geophones in different surface conditions, combing the generalized S transform spectrum to give the suggestion of geophone selection. For the purpose to acquire better-quality seismic records, the frequency division matched filtering method is used not only to widen the frequency range of actual seismic records, but also to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio.
