In order to coordinate exploration and deployment, The research on the reservoir is by means of fine and quantitative description of the three dimensional space, and then, the buried hill double medium model is established including cracks and buried hill of metamorphic rock matrix porosity. Aiming at improving the ultimate recovery and reservoir development effect, the topic, On the basis of fracture fine description, has processed comprehensive assessment on the area, and calculated reserves with volumetric method, and it is of great theoretical and practical significance in the studied area. The conclusions are following,(1)The stratum from bottom to top of Dong sheng buried hill respectively are archaeozoic, E2S4, E2S3, E2S1 and Dongying formation of paleogene, Guantao formation of neogene system, among those stratum, the archean erathem buried hill and E2S3 are oil and gas layer.(2) Three groups of structural fracture are distributed, namely NE-NNE which is the most, NW and NWW-SEE.(3)The stratigraphic lithology of the studied area is a set of metamorphic rock, mainly including quartz-feldspathic migmatite, shallow particle rock, granulite, amphibolite, gneiss, diabase and lamprophyre dyke, etc. From analysis of the pore types and pore structure characteristics, we found that the Dongsheng fort buried hill metamorphic reservoir have double medium characteristics.(4)We have calculated the matrix oil saturation of Dongsheng fort buried hill, and the oil saturation is 60%. After weighing with macro oil saturation, the total oil saturation Dongsheng fort buried hill has reached 69.44%.
